What is a support credit?

Proposed plans use one credit for a remote session up to 30 minutes and three credits for a visit up to 60 minutes onsite. Each additional started 30 minutes uses one credit. We agree any extra work and charges with you first.

Are credits the same as visits?

No. Twelve credits can cover 12 short remote sessions, four standard visits, or a mixture. The proposed 12-visit option has 36 credits; using some remotely reduces the remaining visit capacity.

What about travel and location?

Coverage and travel depend on your address. Standard-area travel is included in the proposed visit allowance. Travel outside that area is quoted before a booking is confirmed.

Do unused credits roll over?

The proposed annual home and senior allowances expire at the end of the 12-month term. Business allowances reset monthly. Neither is proposed to roll over. Final terms will be supplied with your quote.

Are equipment, licences and extra work included?

Hardware, paid software, cloud storage, specialist recovery, cabling and after-hours work are separate unless your quote explicitly includes them. Top-ups are quoted before you approve them.

Do I need to be a member to enquire?

No. Anyone can ask for a quote or a callback without creating an account. This website does not activate a membership or confirm a service booking.

Can a family member help with support?

You can discuss having a named family contact. Access must be agreed with the customer, with separate permissions for bookings, payments and summaries. Paying for someone does not give access to their support history. Family portal access is not available yet.

What are the hours and cancellation rules?

Opening hours, appointment availability, cancellation, missed-appointment and refund terms will be confirmed in your quote before you commit. No guaranteed resolution time is advertised.

How do remote support and scam checks work?

A technician first discusses your issue and obtains your consent before a remote connection. Scam checks cannot guarantee protection from every threat. Keep passwords, banking details and one-time codes private; enter your own credentials.
